Access to and use of Estar Group’s websites and online services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with them, you are invited not to use Estar Group’s online services.
Use of Websites and Online Services
Estar Group authorizes the viewing and downloading of documents available on its websites solely for personal purposes or, if expressly authorized, for commercial purposes.
Modification, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of content without the prior written authorization of Estar Group is prohibited.
The use of such content on other websites or communication channels without prior authorization is also prohibited.
Estar Group’s Apps and Web Apps are subject to specific regulations, made available at the time of registration or in their dedicated sections.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Estar Group be held liable for direct or indirect damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions) resulting from the use or inability to use its services and products.
Software and content are provided “as is.” It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their suitability, functionality, and compliance with their own requirements.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services and products are provided from Italy, in compliance with applicable law.
Estar Group’s content, software, and services are supplied without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Estar Group does not guarantee that materials and services will always be up to date or error-free. Published information may refer to content not available in certain countries.
Use of Software
Estar Group’s software is protected by copyright and may only be used in accordance with specific contractual terms, which must be accepted prior to use.
Reproduction or redistribution of the software is prohibited, unless expressly authorized or contractually provided.
Software may be provided through different server platforms, selected by Estar Group based on efficiency and functionality criteria.
The use of Estar Group applications and web services is granted under an annual license, linked to support services and renewable upon advance payment of the renewal fee.
Contract Termination
SaaS (Software as a Service) licenses have a one-year duration and do not renew automatically.
To continue the service, the renewal fee must be paid before expiration. In the absence of payment, access to the software will be suspended.
Thirty (30) days after expiration, Estar Group may permanently discontinue the service and delete the customer’s data.
Estar Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service unilaterally in the event of:
- violations of law by the customer;
- uploading of inappropriate content;
- misuse of the platforms.
In such cases, Estar Group may charge the customer any costs associated with early termination.
Links to Third-Party Websites
Links to external sites on Estar Group’s portals are provided solely for user convenience. Access to such sites is under the exclusive responsibility of the user.
Estar Group does not control and is not responsible for the content of linked sites.
Third-party websites wishing to link to Estar Group’s portals may do so provided that they:
- do not replicate Estar Group content;
- do not create frames or environments that include Estar Group content;
- do not attribute to Estar Group opinions or statements regarding third-party products or services;
- do not use Estar Group trademarks or distinctive signs without authorization;
- do not publish illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
